Neptune:

Neptune travels through the zodiac every
165 years and spends about fourteen years
in each sign. The retrograde motion lasts for
five month; it is stationary for about two
weeks. Neptune is femine, warm moist, magnetic,
and fruitful.

and in fall in Capricorn. It is detriment in Virgo.

the degreeof fall is 18* Capricorn.
